Biographical statement
Vasuki Nesiah teaches in international relations and gender at Brown University where she teaches on human rights law. She received her J.D. and S.J.D. from Harvard law school. She is currently working on a project that analyzes the history of the international human rights field in addressing legacies of atrocity from the Nuremberg prosecutions to the work of the International Criminal Court and other contemporary transitional justice institutions.
